Instruction of water jet cutting machine

Ultra-high pressure water jet cutting is to use intensifier pump to pressurize normal tap water to 100-300Mpa in a split second. Then convert water pressure to dynamic energy through diamond orifice mount assembly. This creates a very high velocity beam of waterjet to generate high speed friction to make cutting. Abrasive jets use the beam of water exiting the orifice to accelerate abrasive particles to speed fast enough to cut through various materials.

1) Glass cutting

It is suitable for the application of household electrical glass, lamps, bathroom products, architectural decoration, arts glass and auto glass. As we know glass is a kind of non inflammability material which hot processing way cant be used in, but waterjet cutting machine is a cold cutting process that allows to cut without leaving a heat effected zone and a secondary operation will be eliminated after cutting. You can cut any complex and curving image you have drawn by software. Neat and smooth cutting surface, fast speed and narrow kerf are also the advantages of waterjet cutting compared with other cutting machines. Considering the environmental protection, waterjet cutting machine will not generate dust and harmful gas during glass cutting.

2) Metal cutting

3) Wood cutting

At present, there are many wood cutting and engraving machines although they have a lot of advantages but compared with waterjet cutting machine, limitations still exist. For instance, if you want to cut or engrave some complex image using those machines, the speed will be very slow and affect working efficiency. To thin wood sheets, some common wood engraving machines can cut well but as far as thick wood sheets are concerned, they will not make it. Our waterjet cutting machine is able to cut any complex image drew by the software, with fast speed and high efficiency. Cutting thick wood sheets is also a piece of cake to waterjet and the cutting thickness is up to 200mm.
